01
The Technical Context
The Spanish game is built on technical speed and ball retention. The summer pathways are designed to overhaul a player’s Tactical Intelligence, the ability to keep the ball under pressure and find the right solution in tight spaces.
These pathways provide a high-standard setting to refine a player’s overall technical and tactical profile. The focus is on positional discipline and decision-making under the guidance of UEFA-qualified coaching.
Whether the objective is a top-tier Club Integration or a general performance evaluation, these pathways provide intense development and get players ready for the new season.
02
Types Of Entry
We facilitate different pathways that correspond to a player’s age and current level. Each pathway offers a distinct environment suited to the player’s goals.
Focused on “Game Feel.” These sessions help players adapt to the speed of the Spanish game while playing alongside and against international opposition.
A higher-level entry requirement. This pathway focuses on high-level tactical integration and technical precision within a professional-standard environment.
03
The 1-4 Week Evaluation
Video provides a baseline, but a live session is required to check work rate and execution. The programme tracks overall technical consistency and tactical discipline in real-time.
For players demonstrating a high technical baseline, certain pathways allow for transitions into higher-tier groups to test adaptability against increased intensity and level.
04
Feedback & Progression
Following the programme, players receive direct feedback. Outcomes range from an invitation for a full-term position to a clear identification of the technical and tactical gaps that need closing.
If a player does not yet meet a specific benchmark, the pathway feedback is used to recommend the best alternative route to address their development needs.
05
Logistics & Residency
Players stay in secure student residencies or approved housing. Catering and board arrangements vary depending on the specific pathway selected.
Short-term stays (under 90 days) typically fall under standard tourist status (Schengen).
The pathway manages the pitch sessions and daily operations. NXT can liaise with the pathway providers to ensure the footballer has the necessary support during their stay.
