Selecting an International Academy requires a clinical filter. We ensure players are placed in environments that maintain the NXT Standard of coaching and welfare.
Onboarding
We coordinate the administrative process between the family and the academy to ensure a clean transition into the hub.
Verification
We personally visit every facility to verify that methodology and safety protocols meet our requirements.
Oversight
NXT Footballer remains the primary point of contact for the family. While players and parents have direct access to the academy for daily operations, we provide ongoing oversight to monitor the transition.

The Football Programme
Technical Output
High-repetition sessions focused on development, specifically cognitive speed, scanning frequency, and execution under professional pressure.
Tactical Units
Training focuses on positional triggers and transitional discipline to ensure adaptation to the professional European system.
Instruction
Sessions are delivered by UEFA-qualified staff.
Medical & Injury
Academies maintain their own medical support networks. In the event of injury, players are managed directly by on-site academy staff as part of the residential agreement.

The International Academy maintains its own network of local clubs. Integration into these external environments is managed by the academy technical staff and is based on on-pitch performance.
18+ Club Opportunities
Players aged 18+ who meet the required technical benchmarks may be invited by the academy to train or play with local partner clubs. This provides a direct link into the official league structures.
Under-18 Training
For players aged 14–17, the academy may identify opportunities to train with local youth squads. This allows younger players to experience the intensity of the local game while remaining compliant with FIFA regulations.
